4 Services offered
4.1 Free identification (limited)
The Site allows the Identification of a vehicle from a VIN and/or, depending on the supported countries, from a plate.
Identification is free but limited (quota, depth of information, anti-abuse restrictions, etc.). The Site may adjust these limits at any time.
4.2 Plate search (depending on country)
Plate search is only available for certain countries. Coverage varies depending on sources and local constraints.
4.3 Paid Reports
The generation of a full Report constitutes a paid service accessible through the Offers (article 7).
5 Informational nature – No advice
Reports are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an appraisal, diagnosis, condition guarantee, advice (legal/financial/technical), or a recommendation to buy/sell.
The information presented in the Report is intended to assist in the evaluation of the vehicle. It does not replace either an inspection carried out by a professional or the review of documents and supporting evidence provided by the owner or seller of the vehicle.
The Customer remains solely responsible for their decisions and undertakes to carry out any additional useful checks.
6 Data sources – Missing data / empty sections / stolen vehicle check
Reports are created from third-party sources (public/private databases, registers, partners, etc.). Coverage varies depending on the country, the vehicle’s history, and the availability and updating of databases.
The Customer acknowledges that a Report may contain information that is missing, partial, outdated or may show discrepancies. The Company does not guarantee the exhaustiveness, completeness, absolute accuracy, or absence of errors in data originating from third parties.
Some sections of a Report may contain no information, depending on the availability of data for the relevant vehicle and/or the sources consulted.
Stolen vehicles. When the Report includes a theft-related check, this is carried out on the basis of registers and databases accessible through our sources and partners. As the availability, transmission, and updating of this data may vary depending on the registers and sources, the absence of a theft record in the Report does not constitute a guarantee that a vehicle has never been reported stolen.

8 Prices, taxes, currency
Unless otherwise stated, the displayed prices are in euros and incl. VAT. Bank charges (conversion, commissions) may be applied by the Customer’s bank, independently of the Company.
9 Acceptance of the T&Cs – account creation and purchase
9.1 Account creation
When creating an account (e.g. clicking “Continue” or equivalent), the User accepts these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy in order to create and use the Account.
9.2 Before payment (checkout)
Before clicking “Pay now” (or equivalent), the Customer is required to read and accept the T&Cs and acknowledges that the pricing conditions (price, trial duration, renewal date/frequency, auto-renewal, cancellation terms) are displayed on the payment page.
The Company may record evidence elements (date/time, amount, currency, email, transaction identifier, IP address and technical elements), in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10 Payment, authorisations, renewal, reminders
The Customer authorises:
- the charge of 2,90 € incl. VAT for the Trial, then, unless cancelled, the automatic charge of 29,90 € incl. VAT/month after 7 days
- or, in the case of a direct Subscription, the immediate charge of 29,90 € incl. VAT, followed by subsequent monthly charges.
10.1 Charge to the validated payment method (stored cards)
The Customer expressly authorises the Company to charge, to the payment method validated during the first payment:
- recurring charges related to the Subscription, and
- Additional purchases (15,00 € or 30,00 €) when initiated by the Customer from their Account.
10.2 Payment failures and reminders
In the event of failed or late payment, the Company may retry the payment, send one or more reminder emails (e.g. to update the payment method), suspend access until regularisation and/or cancel the Subscription in the event of persistent failure.
11 Trial eligibility (anti-abuse)
The Trial is limited to one (1) time per bank card and/or per email address and/or per Account, and more generally is subject to reasonable anti-abuse measures.
In the event of suspected abuse or fraud, the Company may refuse the Trial, require a direct Subscription, suspend/close the relevant Account, and/or cancel an order where legally permitted.
12 Account – Security and responsibility
The Customer is responsible for:
- the information provided when creating the Account,
- the confidentiality of their credentials,
- any use of the Account and any action carried out from it, unless there is proof of fraudulent access not attributable to the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to inform the Company without delay in the event of suspected unauthorised use.
13 Input errors (VIN/plate) – Customer responsibility
The Customer is responsible for entering the VIN and/or the plate.
A Report generated from a VIN/plate entered incorrectly or corresponding to another vehicle is deemed delivered and consumes the Report (credit/purchase), except in the event of a technical malfunction attributable to the Company.
14 Delivery/access to the Report – delays + withdrawal
Reports are generally available quickly after payment. However, depending on the VIN/plate, the country, the sources consulted, or technical constraints, a delay may occur.
In the event of temporary unavailability or a technical error preventing access to the Report, the Company will use its best efforts to restore the service within a reasonable time.
Right of withdrawal – consumers (EU/UK).
- Principle. When the Customer acts as a consumer, they may have a legal right of withdrawal (generally 14 days for distance sales), according to the mandatory rules applicable in their country of residence.
- Digital content/service provided immediately. Since Reports constitute digital content/service provided immediately after payment, where applicable regulations provide, if the Customer requests the immediate performance of the service (access to the Report without waiting) and acknowledges that the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal may not apply.
- Professionals. When the Customer acts as a professional, the right of withdrawal provided by consumer law does not apply, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions or as a commercial gesture by the Company.
15 Transactional emails and notifications
The Company sends to the Customer’s email address:
- a confirmation email after each payment (Trial, direct Subscription, Additional purchases);
- a renewal warning email approximately 24 hours before the scheduled renewal at the end of the Trial;
- an invoice email when the first subscription charge after the Trial (29,90 €) is made.
The Customer is responsible for the validity of their email address. Emails are deemed received when they are sent to the provided address. Failure to read them (spam/filtering/email rules) does not invalidate the sending.
16 Cancellation – Dedicated unsubscribe page
The Customer may cancel the Subscription at any time:
- via the dedicated “Unsubscribe” page accessible from the Site, and/or
- from their customer area: My account > Settings > Manage my account > Cancel subscription (or equivalent wording), and/or
- by contacting support: [email protected].
To avoid the charge after the Trial, the Customer must cancel before the end of the Trial period (7 days).
After cancellation, access to the services remains active until the end of the period already paid for, except in the event of fraud, non-payment, or breach of these T&Cs.
17 Access to Reports – duration
Reports remain accessible from the Account as long as it is not deleted, for a maximum period of 6 months from the generation of the Report.
18 Refunds and non-refundability of billing cycles
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Once a monthly period has begun, the corresponding fees are non-refundable, subject to mandatory provisions and the guarantee in article 19.
No partial refund or pro rata temporis refund is due, unless otherwise required by law.
18.1 Refund method
Any refund granted (guarantee, error attributable to the Company, commercial gesture) is made only to the original payment method used for the relevant purchase. No other refund method is accepted.
19 “7 days money back if the Report contains no information” guarantee
A refund is possible within 7 days following the purchase if the Report contains no usable information (beyond structural elements/mentions of “no data available”) across all sections.
The Customer must contact [email protected] specifying the order email and the Report identifier (VIN/plate). The Company may request a screenshot. If eligible, the refund will be made to the original payment method (article 18.1).
20 Prohibited uses + licence of use
Prohibited: resale, redistribution, publication, automated use (bots/scraping), circumvention of limits/quotas, unauthorised access to data.
Licence of use (authorised use – no resale). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Report is provided to the Customer under a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence, for personal and/or internal professional use (including in the context of the Customer’s business activity).
The Customer may use the Report for their own needs, but it is prohibited to resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, make available to the public, or commercially exploit the Report as a product.
This prohibition does not prevent the Customer from quoting or summarising information from the Report in their internal documents or business communications, under their own responsibility, provided that they do not resell the Report itself.
The Company may suspend or delete the Account in the event of a breach.
21 Suspension / closure of the account
The Company may suspend or close an Account (temporarily or permanently) in the event of fraud, abuse, non-payment, breach of the T&Cs, security risk, or legal/regulatory requirement. Where possible, the Company will inform the Customer.
22 Limitation of liability + force majeure
To the extent permitted by law: the Company is not responsible for the exhaustiveness/updating of third-party data nor for decisions made by the Customer on the basis of a Report. No indirect damage is due.
The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant order over the last thirty (30) days, except in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be limited.
Force majeure. The Company shall not be held liable for any delay, unavailability, or non-performance resulting from an event beyond its control (e.g. network outage, unavailability of suppliers/third-party sources, major technical incident, administrative decision, etc.). Where applicable, performance is suspended for the duration of the event.
23 Intellectual property
The Site, its content, its structure, its trademarks, and the format of the Reports are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction/extraction/distribution is prohibited.
24 Personal data
The processing of data (VIN/plate, email, payments, Account, purchase history) is described in the Privacy Policy.
25 Modification of the T&Cs
The Company may modify the T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order. In the event of a Subscription, the Company may inform the Customer in the event of a substantial modification.
26 Governing law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the law of the United Kingdom (England and Wales).
Where the Customer acts as a consumer and resides in a country where mandatory consumer protection provisions apply (in particular within the EU/EEA and/or the United Kingdom), these provisions remain applicable and prevail over any contrary clause in these T&Cs, to the extent required by law.
The parties shall first seek an amicable solution via [email protected]. Failing this, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules granting jurisdiction to the courts of the consumer’s country of residence.
